Pre-Launch Notice: LOFTVO is currently in a pre-launch beta / testing phase. We are not yet commercially active and do not process live payments. Any information you submit (including listings, photos, and contact details) is currently stored solely for testing and development purposes, is not used commercially, is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed below, and will be permanently deleted upon your request at any time.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: your email address (when you join our early access list, contact us, or create a listing), property and identity documents (when you complete identity verification), and payment information (processed entirely by our payment provider, never stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate LOFTVO, including: sending updates about new listings and features, processing membership subscriptions, verifying user identity to maintain platform trust, and responding to inquiries.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate LOFTVO: Brevo for email communications, Supabase for secure database storage,Google Cloud Vision for automated photo content moderation, andVercel for hosting. Payment processing is not yet active; once enabled, this policy will be updated to name the payment provider before any live transactions begin. Each provider processes your data under their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through our contact page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
